Thank you for shopping at Paint by Numbers Studio. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of our paint-by-numbers kits made from your personal photos, orders begin processing immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Orders in processing: Once your order has been confirmed and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.
- Unprocessed orders: If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team immediately to check your order status.
2. Refunds for Custom Orders
Custom paint-by-numbers kits are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, as well as the shipping packaging.
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer:
- A free replacement of the same custom design, or
- A partial or full refund of the purchase price.
3. Refunds for Non-Custom Items
If you purchase a non-custom paint-by-numbers kit, you may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Order Modifications
If you need to change your photo, size, or other order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After production has started, modifications cannot be made.
5. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
If the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure shipping address and tracking your order.
