We reserve the right to refuse any order if the submitted image contains offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, explicit content, or images that violate third-party rights.

All prices listed on our website are in USD/EUR and do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full credit card details.

Custom orders require time to design, print, and ship. Processing times are listed on our website and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping times vary by location. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.

Due to the custom nature of paint-by-numbers kits made from your personal photos, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will, at our option, provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected order.

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Paint by Numbers Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the original photos you submit for custom orders, except as necessary to fulfill your order.
